And that monster, has re-created me...
Because I introduced my bloggy friend Stephanie to Mini's when I was in Utah... and then she went out, and made her OWN.
And now, I have yet ANOTHER obsession with my favorite food, but now, it is in a different form.
A Mini.

So, now? Since they are pint sized? Can I eat like 10? Does that make it count as 1? If not, I have 48 new problems around the house. I'll have to see who I can pawn these off on to. . . any volunteers?

That is hilarious. I do have to say that Stephanie is one of the best cooks on planet earth...seriously, so the fact that she picked up this mini cupcake obsession is proof of their goodness!!! Now if I just lived closer to you guys so I could eat them! They are so cute. Like how puppies and kittens are cuter than cats and dogs.
i just got home from working out. had i read this before, i would have jogged to your house and eaten them, negating any of their negative effects...

Um, YUM!!! Those look so very, very good! If I was there I'd pop a dozen right now. Seriously, I would! Then to try to be polite I'd wait until you weren't looking and pop a few more. That's the thing with the mini's. You just can't stop!
PS Totally agree with Leah. They're just like puppies and kittens. So much cuter than dogs and cats!
I am currently obsessed with the Old Fashioned Chocolate Cake in my America's Test Kitchen Baking Book. Seriously the best chocolate cake.

I am so getting a mini muffin tin and making them for v-day. I didn't do goodies over Christmas, instead I am doing deliveris for v-day and I believe I just found my treat!
Oh thats just mean. I'm not eating sugar right now and looking at these makes it really hard. I just may lick the screen.
Don't even TELL ME I missed my chance for a batch. I ate a dozen actual mini's myself. A DOZEN! Over three weeks.
