Okay, in reality, you aren't going to pick my house, but this has really become a difficult decision! I think I know which way I am leaning, but, any help would be appreciated. :) In reality, there will be lots of prayer and thought that goes into this and many other things we have to think about. Anyway, It would be nice to have some help! So. . . HELP! Haven't you always wanted to pick a house where it has virtually NO impact on you? :)You can click on the name of the house to see pictures and the actual listing.

I just quickly browsed through them, but I like the last one (Wisteria) the best. I would definitely give up some square footage for shorter commute, association pool, good schools, and a cul de sac. It also looks like it has a really nice front & back yard.
Second choice would be Golden Mist.
Third choice would be Desert Willows.
My least favorite would be the first one (Dodaro). You definitely do not want to live on the corner on the entrance to a neighborhood! I lived on busy traffic corner (not even the entrance) in our old house and I hated it! Especially if you're getting less square footage too. And I think you would regret having JUST a pool in the backyard and no grass. And it doesn't look like it has a pool fence, so you'd have to factor in that cost (assuming you'd put one in).
the last one. It's not THAT much smaller and still has a lot of room. I can't believe you are moving again....I read your private blog and meant to comment but got distracted...you are living a crazy life, lady!
For Sure the Wisteria Lane one - They even said the Kitchen was for the "Pampered Chef" :) Good Luck - I just put in an offer on a house myself... So I will be putting in a PC order soon...
The Wisteria Lane one looks best to me. I LOVE the back yard! Good schools, good commute, cul-de-sac... I like the Golden Mist one next.
Good Luck!
Super fun! I voted for Wisteria but Golden Mist was a close 2nd:)
Oh yeah....and you'll have to let us know which one you end up choosing:)
I say Golden Mist. 8.7 miles isn't that far...especially if you get to skip the traffic. I think it is beautiful inside and out...has the best curb appeal and you could just join a pool.
I soooo love looking at houses....I don't have a minutes right now, but I'll be BACK!!!!
K. I'm back. I voted for.....Wisteria Lane!!! Here's how I rank them all.
1)Wisteria Lane
2)Golden Mist
3) Desert Willows
4)Dodaro
Wisteria has great curb appeal, a great yard, it's on a cul-de-sac, 3 car garages, and you really can't overlook how great the name is! Also, it has enough space for 4 bums at the island.....something I would LOVE to have. Golden Mist is a 4 seater at the island too and it looks like it has a great pantry which is also important to me. Being close to work and having the association pool makes life soooo much easier. Thanks for letting us all play along! So fun! (PS I don't know what happened to my link to The Ride....can you send me another invite or something? Thanks!)

All very pretty except the first one, not so pretty and the yard sounds like a bummer. The deciding factor for me would be the schools, as I bet it is for you too. That is so important. I guess since the second and the last sound like the best because of the schools and the fact that they are in Cul de sacs and therefore the safest? I like the last one that is out of town and closer to the recreational stuff. So... Wisteria Lane is my vote! (And it is really really cute! I see some great planting beds in front of that cute porch. I'm so excited for you!
