Where in the world is Lindsey Long Legs?

I know. . . I thought I would be back by now too. But to be honest, it is gonna be a while. Because:

A. We have to move. Shocker. I know. But since this guy stopped paying us, we need to "downsize" or more like "lose the expensive yard". We're outta here, in 2 1/2 weeks.

B. Have I found a place to go? Yes, thankfully. It is hard to do that around here. The rental market is H.O.T. and there wasn't much to choose from in our kids school boundary. (Try two houses) Luckily, we got the bigger one. . It truly was a blessing.

C. Have I packed a box yet? No.

D. Kaylin is still waking up in the night, and is THE ONLY BABY KNOWN TO MAN THAT HATES SLEEPING IN HER CAR SEAT! Which means running children around to various activities is a very noisy and sometimes unpleasant experience.

E. Wade has determined that 5:30 a.m. is an awesome time to wake up. Today, 5:00 a.m. was even AWESOMER! The sad part is, I had just fed K at 4:30. So, basically, I was up at 4:30 a.m. This makes for a very long day and a very grouchy mommy. Can blog-land please unite in fervent prayer that Wade will sleep until 6? Thank you.

F. I haven't filed my taxes yet. I don't think I did last year either. They were done, I just didn't mail them in. I had just moved about the time they were done. Woops.

G. Of the TWO rental houses that we have back in WA. . . BOTH gave 30 days notice at the beginning of this month. . You know. . . because I wasn't busy enough. . . . I needed to field tons of phone calls from people interested in renting and making and sending contracts and BLAH BLAH BLAH.

H. 7 days after moving. . I am going on ANOTHER road trip. By myself. I bet you CAN'T WAIT to hear the stories. . . . Don't worry. I will be sure to fill up with GAS. Hopefully, there will be a mexican fiesta somewhere along the way home.

See ya in a few. . . .MONTHS!

oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my GOSH! Seriously...how much more?

But yay for the new house! Glad you are still seeing some light while you're in this very long tunnel. Hang in there...it's gotta get better.

I will never complain about being busy again (or at least for 30 days). Holy freaking cow! I'm so sorry! That's a lot to handle, especially on a sleep deprived mommy.

You must be one strong lady, because the Lord never gives us mor than we can handle and apparently you can handle a whole boat load. I wish you sleep. For you, for K, for Wade to sleep past 6 am. Sleep so you can handle everything! Good luck, my thoughts and prayers are with you!

sorry about that. Part G i mean. Try packing boxes a little at a time...my goal is three a day. I was happy until i noticed Jarom unpacked one. Grr...btw, i took the book to the post office yesterday and was going to mail it priority like you wanted, but they sent it for free since you already paid priority once...so look for it!

Wow, and going through it all on little or no sleep. You (and Wade) and in my prayers for sure. You can do this!

Lindsey...this is too much. I know you are supermom...but we've got to rally some troops to get you through this. I need the number of your visiting teachers and home teachers so we can make sure you have some helpers.

wow lindsey. wow. i would be in the fetal position in a corner rocking back and forth pleading for my mommy. you are a superhero. i'm so so so sorry about the sleep. it turns me into a yucky beastly mom when i don't get enough of it.

this too shall pass...? do you need to bring all of your kids over for a few days so that you can pack??? i'll take em.

I agree with Leah. You need some help and should not do this alone. You need people to come help you pack. Is this road trip to Spokane? Are you driving that alone. CRAZY!

Lindsey you are A.Maze.Ing. Even through reading all of what you are going through I can still picture that smile on your face and "can do" attitude. I'll keep you in my prayers.

Oh, I'm sorry. It must be lovely to have the kids all home for you to deal with them and the packing. Good luck my friend! You will come through this (again) with flying colors. Or at least some good stories.

Oh no! I'm sorry! I'm glad I got to see your beautiful house - I'm sure the next one will be wonderful too. If I've learned anything over the past year it's what is inside the 4 walls of your house that makes it a home, not what it looks like on the outside.

Call me. I'll help! Seriously. We don't even need boxes. We'll just load crap in our matching Honda Pilots and drive it over to the new place! :o)

wow. Lindsey. This is crazy. I can't believe you have to move again! I am so sorry. You must be so stressed. Getting so little sleep makes everything so much worse. I wish I could zip on down there and pack your boxes for you and watch your kids so you could nap. Hang in there! We'll miss you in blog land. Here's to lots of prayers and crossed fingers for Wade to think 8AM is the awesomest of all wake up times. :)
