4 Chicken Breasts cooked and cubed
1 head of broccoli cut and steamed for just 3 or 4 minutes (al dente)
White Sauce
2 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. flour
1 Cup chicken stock
1/2 Cup sour cream
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Melt butter in pan, and let bubble. Add flour, and stir, cooking for 1 minute. Add chicken stock slowly, stirring, and let sauce thicken. Add sour cream, and 1/4 cup Parmesan. Once cheese is melted, pour sauce over chicken and broccoli and bake at 350for 20 minutes. (Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top) Serve over rice.
